Change & Communications Advisor

For a big international client of us in The Hague, The Netherlands we are looking for a change and communication consultant. This is a 3 month assignment with a possible extension.

We are looking for a candidate that can provide strategic communications support to a variety of IT change projects such as the implementation of new Microsoft tools across a global organization.

Your responsibilities will be the owning and running of the communication plan, creating FAQ materials and leadership engagement packs, running the approval process with Investor Relations and Legal. This involves liaison with colleagues in Internal Communications, liaison with VPs, attendance of project management meetings. Linking to and working to enable other IC Advisors to take forward the baton in their areas.

We are looking for somebody with team leadership, organizational change experience. You get close to the design fast, to understand the hot spots and see where the greatest impact is. Also, senior stakeholder management skills are required - this is high profile and many senior people involved.
