Change Business Analyst - London - Contract - Banking

Change Business Analyst currently required by a Tier One Investment Bank in London.

Working within the Wealth Management area of the bank, this person will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the project by helping to provide a flexible resource able to adapt at short notice to the day to day demands of the project.

Reporting to the AML Workstream Lead, the successful candidate will also be required to contribute in the preparation of deliverables by providing support to the workstream leads as required. Tasks that this person will be required to carry out include business requirements gathering and documentation, process flow modelling and using source materials to carry out business process modelling.

For this role, the requirement is that this candidate has experience of working as a Business Analyst in an Investment Banking/Financial Services environment. As well as this, it is preferred that this person has worked on an AML Project previously and skills such as MI Analysis and Excel/Access when building a global MI tracking tool.

Away from the technical skills, candidates will be expected to possess an appreciation of regulatory change, an aptitude for research and qualitative analysis and be able to liaise with all areas of the business. Also, whilst the role is primarily based in London, this person must be open to travel throughout the UK to other offices for fact finding, communication or presentation meetings.
