Change and Transformation Lead

My client is a global pharmaceutical company based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. They are looking to fill a Change and Transformation Lead contract role.

This role will be working on a SharePoint migration programme, with key tasks including:
* Reviewing an existing programme for SharePoint technology and customer migration and delivering recommendations for improvement opportunities.
* Identify, plan and deliver recommendations to ensure success
* Develop and agree proposals to increase customer utilisation to use new features that benefit the business
* Implement a communications and engagement plan
* Demonstrate leadership within the programme

For this role you should have:
* Extensive experience of managing change through strategy development, programme management, cultural change and business improvement.
* Strong stakeholder management experience.
