AND YOU ALSO HAVE

- A higher education and have at least 3 years' work experience behind you;
- A basic knowledge of IT or have an interest in/affinity with IT;
- A practical experience with ITIL;
- An Ability to understand overall organizational, test, acceptance and production environment;
- An Ability to understand organizational structure and the business-to customer relationships;
- An ability to apply in depth knowledge of the IT environment;
- Knowledge of the Change Management process and policies;
- An experience to apply quality assurance methodology;
- Written and spoken English, Dutch or French is an asset.
