Change and Contract Manager (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-You will manage the project and contractual changes within the construction project
-Therefore you will identify changes that have already occured, you will plan preventive measures and coordinate changes across the entire project
-To identify, evaluate and propose changes and also to approve and implement these changes is an important task - of course always following a formal approval process
-You have to coordinate everything concerning the change management
-Coordinating the distribution and management of documents and contracts is another important part of this role
-All of these tasks involve a good risk management as well

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-You already worked in construction projects in change and/or contracts management
-Also you are used to work with many different stakeholders in an international environment
-You like complex and high volume projects, especially in the pharmaceutical sector and in construction
-Fluent English and German skills are a must
-You like to work independently in a small and very efficient team
