IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Creation and alignment of messages in mega sites for leadership communications of creation of a pro-active communications strategy for pharma deployments
-Ensure that finance and procurement messages are aligned
-Support deployment leads on site specific change impacts analysis
-Review and propose updates for the deployment tool-kit
-Assist in stakeholder management activities with senior leaders
-Develop internal team messaging to increase motivation within project teams
-Work closely with the internal Change Management & Communication Lead to drive consistent change management and communication activities in the newly formed organization, PPP, including new Projects on-boarding to the portfolio
-Develop clear and compelling communications
-Support the development of RPC and PPP Engagement Decks
-Support across the RPC PMO on ad-hoc Change Managementexperience with transformational projects beneficial
-Procurement project experience required
-Pharma/Life Sciences experience is also of advantage
