- Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Able to work effectively and build relationships at all levels in an organisation. Able to spar and challenge on senior level.
- Change management or change related areas.
- Complex organisational change
- Programme management approaches, tools and phases of the programme life cycle.
- Change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- International/Global scope
- Business expertise and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.

My client is a leading global urgently seeking a change and communications Lead to join them on an initial 6 months contract with scope for extension, position is based in Amsterdam.
