For our client in the Pharma industry in Basel, we are looking for a

Change and Communication Manager

Background:

As a Change Management and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for change management and communication activities supporting the Next Generation (NextGen) Procurement Program. NextGen has been recently approved to design and implement new processes and systems that enable the new global procurement operating model with efficient and collaborative ways of working in an integrated manner.

In collaboration with the project lead, the project team members and process and system leadership, you will define and support the execution of an overall change management strategy including stakeholder management, change impact analysis and required tool kits.

You are someone with experience working in project environments, who is highly flexible and thrives in a high-paced and changing environment with a blend of experience and skill sets across change management and communication.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities would span across both change management and communications topics, and could include the following activities based on project needs:
Define an overall change management and communication strategy with focus on stakeholder management, change impact analysis and adoption of new ways of working.
Support with planning, executing and maintaining global and regional change management and communication plans and activities.
Create and align content (eg tool kit incl. engagement deck, stakeholder Matrix etc.)
Ensure that all communication aligns with project plans as well as partner projects and initiatives
Help to leverage and enable the project team to act as change agents.
Develop and implement a concept to assess readiness of the organization as a pre-requisite for implementation of defined tools and ways of working.
Define and monitor measures of success related to change management and adoption to ensure project objectives and organizational benefits are delivered.
Review and update additional communication channels, like internal Intranet sites, team gSites, Google+ community, newsletters, etc.
Provide inputs to PMO to ensure consistent delivery across the project

MUST HAVES:
+7 years of relevant experience in mentoring and supporting project teams on complex OCM journeys related to business transformation and system implementation.
Strong stakeholder management and cross functional communication expertise in the interface between IT and business.
Experience in OCM for system implementation programs, preferably including cloud-based technologies
Ability to strategize, create content and present at workshops is highly preferred
Previous experience, training or certification in specific Change Management Methodology and/or Project Management
Ability to create clear and concise communications and presentation materials
Working effectively as part of a team to define concepts and tools kits as well as deliver results to enable the team.
Can easily engage with people across all levels of the organization, quickly establishing trust and credibility
Excellent English

NICE TO HAVES:
+++ Procurement and/or Pharma/Life Sciences experience is a plus.
