Change Analyst | Service Management

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced ITSM Organisational Change Analyst to assist with projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule and budget objectives with emphasis on the people side of change. You will be an integral member of the project team engaged in implementing AN IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT (ITSM) AND ASSET MANAGEMENT (AM) SYSTEM in the organisation.

Your duties:

- Determine project impact and carry out stakeholder identification and analysis in accordance with the OCM methodology.
- Design and implement change and communication plans and produce associated documentation
- Assist solution providers to identify, plan and prepare training materials and deliver appropriate training to meet target user group needs
- Ensures change management functions are undertaken in accordance with Prosci/ADKAR organisational change management principles

Your background:

- Extensive experience as a Change Analyst in projects implementing AM and/or ITSM and supporting system solutions
- Experience in developing policies related to transformational business change
- Formal training and/or experience in using a recognised OCM methodology to identify and apply effective organisational change management strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain change related documentation including change and communication plans, user guides, reports, business requirement, surveys and training materials
- The ability to define and coordinate training needs to support the implementation of new business and system capabilities across a large organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
