Change Analyst - Organisational Change Management - IT Systems

CHANGE ANALYST - This is a 10 month contract based in Parramatta at the company's head office very near Parramatta station.

THE ROLE: You will be working with a team of Program and Project Managers on an IT Service Management and Asset Management implementation to provide OCM to teams within the company to ensure customer focused delivery of systems and procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

You will be Working with clients to determine project impact and carry out stakeholder identification and analysis in accordance with the organisation's OCM methodology.

You will design and implements change plans and communication plans and produces associated documentation to support change and assist solution providers to identify, plan and prepare training materials and deliver appropriate training.

You will need to ensures change management functions are undertaken to a professional standard and in accordance with Prosci/ADKAR organisational change management principles.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:
Extensive experience as a Change Analyst in projects implementing AM and/or ITSM and supporting system solutions.
Proven experience in transformational business change.
Formal experience in using a recognised OCM methodology to identify and apply effective organisational change management strategies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain change related documentation
Demonstrated skills in defining and coordinating training needs
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, facilitation skills and negotiation skills with an emphasis on user and stakeholder engagement.
Clear understanding of project management processes.
Extensive knowledge of the principles of adult education (including E-learning) and vocational training to a variety of skill levels.

THIS IS A LARGE IT PROJECT WITH AN ORGANISATION WITH MORE THAN 50,000 STAFF ACROSS AUSTRALIA.
