Change Analyst, Multiple Roles, CBD (S17)

This large government organisation is seeking several Change Analysts as they are about to embark on a major organisational transformation, so they can deliver better service to their customers at a sustainable cost.

AS THE CHANGE ANALYST YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

- Mapping the functional change impacts of the transition
- Identifying the gaps
- Definition of impacts and shortfalls
- Work to develop new process flows and organisational arrangements
- Identify transition risks and issues
- Work closely with the Change and Transition Leads to ensure that the business and people change impacts are understood

YOUR BACKGROUND AS CHANGE ANALYST WILL INCLUDE

- Solid experience as a Change Analyst
- Functional design skills
- Change experience across the definition of impacts and shortfalls
- Experience in Engineering, Safety or Risk or Transport sectors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Stakeholder engagement skills across a diverse group
