Our client, a leading Banking company, is currently recruiting for a Change Analyst on a 12 month contract, with a high possibility for extension, based in Glasgow.

Work collaboratively as part of team of Transformation professionals, focused on delivering value for the customer and the Bank.

Be part of a Lean culture utilizing Lean methodology.

Develop and maintain the required technical skills and experience for your role through personal development activities.

Be individually accountable for the successful planning and implementation of small change projects or workstreams as part of larger Change programme.

Establish, manage and develop relationships with stakeholders in Services and other key business partners including frontline businesses, Personal & Business Banking and Technology Services.

Participate in the development of Transformation's future capability, striving for a world class change environment

Core Duties:

Deliver fit for purpose workstreams/small projects for our customers by ensuring you analyse and use customer/front line/stakeholder insights throughout the project life cycle.

Work collaboratively within the Transformation team to plan organise, control and deliver workstreams or small projects. Ensure adherence to operational processes, policies and standards.

Personal contribution to keeping assigned projects within defined budget.

Ensure the approved framework standards and governance are used within your workstream/project at all times. Take responsibility for ensuring that Transformation is regarded as easy to do business with' by its customers, partners and staff.

Build and manage an effective network across a diverse range of businesses and functions and actively engage stakeholders across Services and Personal & Business Banking.

Responsible for ensuring there are no brand/reputational risk activities as a result of activity within your workstream/project.

Maintaining own performance and personal development through the Performance and Development framework.

Responsible for identification, assessment, management and escalation of workstream/project risks and issues.

Requirements Gathering - essential

Mortgage experience - Highly Desirable
