Change Analyst - London - £500 - £600/day - 2 year Project - PROSCI - Leading Law Firm

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

At the direction of the Change & Communications Manager, participate in the delivery of the change management activities for the Finance & Practice Management Systems Programme (F&PMS) for the assigned region to prepare people for the change, to minimise its impact on individuals and the business, and to enable the firm to realise expected benefits sooner.

Identify and manage regional stakeholders to raise awareness of the business need for change, manage expectations about the scope and timing of change, and promote understanding of what the change means to individuals and the way in which teams work.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- PROSCI accreditation or experience highly desirable
- 3+ years experience working in the field of change management on IT/business transformation projects
- Demonstrated understanding and application of change management and project management principles.
- Evidence of managing change throughout the life cycle of an ERP type programme
- Demonstrated commercial mindset.
- Strong strategic and lateral thinking skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all levels of the firm both verbally and in writing.
- Proven experience in undertaking activities that contribute to meeting the firm's strategic objectives.
- Problem identification and resolution skills.
- Experience in identifying and promoting process improvement.
- Strong influencing and relationship skills. Must be able to influence without the need for direct authority.
- Strong leadership capability and demonstrates this through upholding ethics and values.
- Experienced in dealing with ambiguity and adapting to changing circumstances.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Undertake key change management activities and deliverables including, but not limited to, stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement & management, role mapping, assisting with training scheduling/logistics, communications and readiness surveys.
- Contribute towards the delivery of FPMS Change Management work stream activities for the assigned region as agreed with the Change Manager.
- Support the delivery of stakeholder consultation activities within the region in accordance with the Approach, including logistics, and the collection, collation and analysis of regional data as an input to global data analysis.
- Support the implementation of change activities within the assigned region to raise awareness and understanding of the change, reduce resistance, manage expectations, minimise the impact of the change on individuals and the business.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders to raise their awareness and understanding of the change, manage expectations about what the change will and won't deliver, and win their support and active participation where required in the delivery of change activities.
- Validate the impact of the changes on different roles in different offices across the assigned region.
- Contribute towards the tailoring of communication products for the assigned region to ensure that local requirements and nuances are accommodated.
- Contribute towards the tailoring of the training plan to ensure regional needs are taken into account.
- Support the Training work stream in the delivery of regional training.
- Identify regional change management risks and issues and contribute towards the management of these as agreed with Change & Communications Manager.
- Collaborate with the Change team and Program team to achieve the change management objectives.
- Keep the Change & Communications Manager informed about the status of regional change management activities to enable the coordination of global engagement activities.
- Comply with WHS obligations and responsibilities in accordance with the requirements for this role as set out on the Intranet.
