Change Analyst - Financial Services

A leading financial services organisation listed on the ASX is currently undergoing a large transformation program and will due to a high volume of work needs an experienced change analyst that can support a change team with high volume work. Blending projects of technology, change and business focussed roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role is responsible for support the Change Manager with varying work in implementing the change solutions to the varying business units within the program. Being able to work in the build of frameworks, processes and carrying the delivery of these is the core component of this role. Typical change functions such as stakeholder management and supporting external and internal communications and L&D streams.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Solid background in change and process analyst roles in agile environments
- Previous experience working in large transformation programs with Technology driven and stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder engagement, stakeholder "management" skills. Previous experience bringing stakeholders to the one view.
- Experience using a variety of methods to engage the business stakeholders in change
- Proven track record working in a fast paced/creative, innovative work environment, where speed to market is key.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
