Change Analyst (Agile, Process Automation) - Zurich

On behalf of one of our clients, a top tier global bank based in Zurich, we are looking for aCHANGE ANALYST with at least 5 years of experience in Change Management/Transformation Management projects in the financial sector, as well as experience in Process Automation projects run in Agile methodology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You will be part of a team responsible for process optimization and design across the whole company in order to ensure lean transformations.
- Deliver change initiatives which include TOM design and process optimization
- Evaluate current processes, solve problems and introduce new ways of process optimization
- Implement solutions and ensure sustainable change
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify suitable automation solutions
- Act as a coach to line managers and clients to ensure consistent implementation of the company tools and methods

IDEAL PROFILE:

- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management or Line Management roles
- 5+ years of experience in the areas of Change Management, Transformation Management, Process Management, Process Optimization, TOM design, etc.
- Strong background in the financial industry
- Experience in Process Automation projects is a must
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology
- Ideally IT background
- Lean Six Sigma certification would be a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English, German would be nice-to-have
