Change Analyst - 6 Month Contract

Change Analyst with proven experience needed to identify and support the analysis of impact of change to stakeholders before, during and after change introduced through new or upgraded ICT systems. Initial 6 month contract with a well known organisation.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Discover, investigate and document the current end user desktop application environment.
- Conduct workshops to acquire client requirements and understand business expectations.
- Analyse the desktop environment and document target future applications environments.
- Provide expert advice on application needs, configuration, use and administration within a managed SOE to ensure solutions are consistent with client expectations.
- Analyse and monitor packaging activities.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Good communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships.
- Exposure to a recognised OCM METHODOLOGY to identify and apply EFFECTIVE ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT strategies.
- Recent experience in projects introducing a new desktop operating system environment (SOE) projects (INCLUDING WINDOWS 7 AND OFFICE 2010) and/or recent experience with the implementation of new ITIL based processes.
- Proven experience and skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and eLearning Authoring software.
