I am currently looking for a Change Analyst for a long term contract based in Switzerland

The purpose of the Change Management team is to understand the impacts of changes being introduced within the customer organisation and ensure the effective delivery of changes into the business.

The Change Analyst will be Responsible for the following:

The purpose of the Change Analyst is to effectively deliver business change management activities across prioritised projects, initiatives. A key focus will be to ensure the desired business outcomes are achieved and that the business and individuals are ready for the change.

* Development of change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis
* Contribute training and transition plans, business readiness and change readiness assessments
* Develop communication plans and messaging etc utilising ADKAR principles
* Support stakeholder engagement and communication
* Gain commitment and buy-in from customer staff and management to enable successful implementation of change management plans and the desired business outcome
* Business risk/issue analysis - identify and analyse risk/issue mitigation/resolution options and recommendations related to the delivery of the change program
* Work to the agreed change delivery plan ensuring activities are completed on time to a high quality standard
* Work with training areas to define training needs and delivery
* Manage the training logistics
* Assess change readiness prior to go live and action and monitor interventions
* Provide status reporting as required

The Change Analyst will ideally have the following skills and expertise:

* Strong Analytical skills; applies logical thinking to gathering and analysing information
* Awareness of ADKAR principles and use of formal change management frameworks, methodologies and tools
* Strong planning and organising skills; effectively prioritises and meets designated timeframes, ensuring work priorities are completed on time and within budget
* A high degree of adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to quickly orient in new and unfamiliar areas
* Sound interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills. Develops & maintains effective relationships and draws on relationships to assist in issue resolution and delivery of the change plans
* Effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels within the organisation and with key stakeholders
* Effective workshop facilitation skills that enable a group of people to understand their common objectives and assists them to plan and achieve an outcome without taking a particular position in the discussion
* Makes clear decisions based on complex and conflicting information. Identifies necessary actions, quickly analyses information and acts within authority guidelines

Duration: 6-12 months + extension
Location: Zurich or Geneva, Switzerland (with possible travels between these locations)
Rate: Market Rate
