Change Analyst

Accountabilities:

Reporting to the Business Change Manager, the main accountabilities are to:

* Design and facilitate As-Is engagement workshops with key stakeholders from across Europe,
* Document and report back the results and findings of As Is engagement sessions to senior "change champions"
* Develop wide-spread understanding of impacts of all changes; identify all required readiness activity (eg training, communications, process change, etc.);
* Support 2nd round engagement events in Europe to get "change champions" more closely involved in what the impacts mean for roles and ways of working
* Support the Communication analyst in developing and cascading relevant communication material
* Identification of operational risks and mitigating actions during the transitional period

Previous experiences:

* Proficient in documenting processes; Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
* Proven ability to communicate and motivate stakeholders at all levels in the organisation
* Evidence of working with and showing respect for cultural differences
* Excellent organisational, communication and networking skills
* Proven track record in people centred change projects in large blue chip organisations
* Demonstrable history of business analysis in complex change environments

* Must possess good interpersonal skills
* Must be self led, able set priorities, manage their workload and have autonomy to get the job done
* Must possess a confident and relaxed presentation style
* Must be competent and comfortable facilitating group sessions
* Must be highly effective in using MS Office applications, in particular, PowerPoint, and MS Visio
* Must be flexible and have the ability to readily adapt to changes in the project and business environments
