Change Analyst
Full Time, Fixed Term for 24 months
Grade F: £32,277 - £35,256 per annum

An opportunity has arisen to join the IT and Media Services (ITMS) core Systems Modernisation team at an exciting time of investment and change at De Montfort University.

You will work with managers and colleagues within ITMS and across the University to help develop a clear understanding of business change, processes and drivers for change and be responsible for producing key project deliverables such as change management approaches, cultural change, stakeholder engagement and communications. The change analyst will have significant input into the Programme Business Case and play a key role in the Business Transformation Team.

You should be organised, motivated and enthusiastic about helping ITMS make a difference to our staff and students.

You should be able to demonstrate: Good communication skills and an ability to present clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders at all levels in an often pressured, high profile environment.
