Change Analyst

A great opportunity is now available for a CHANGE ANALYST to join our client's team for an initial 3 month contract located at Parramatta.

The ideal candidate will work within a team to ensure that the proposed approach & implementation is understood and aligned to the goals of the current program & projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

- Undertake change analysis activities (such as impact and gap analyses) that will support the design of best practice processes
- Analyse complex business issues and provide input to appropriate solutions based on changes to process, policies, information systems and the impact on staff
- Support the business in clarifying, assessing, documenting and confirming new concepts, ideas and process improvement opportunities that align with and progress individual Agency and Program strategies and requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience as a change analyst on a business process reform project
- Exposure to business analysis methodologies and tools and exposure to modelling tools such as ARIS would be highly regarded
- Excellent stakeholder skills including documented evidence of listening, interpretation that conveys information in a understandable and accurate ways
- Experience in the implementation of an integrated corporate business system within a large organisation
- Prefer appropriate qualification, such as ADKAR/Prosci or relevant experience
- Previous NSW government experience
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentational)
