Change Analyst

A CHANGE ANALYST is required immediately to provide support and advice to the Project Managers and team in ensuring successful business transformation, achieving a more service oriented culture, and providing a more robust and reliable IT offering for the organisation as a whole.

You will Identify, document and analyse project information requirements in consultation with key stakeholders to develop a change, communication and training strategy.

Skills required:

- You should have a sound background in organisational change, including stakeholder communications and end-user system training, and not in ITIL or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in successful change management delivery, particularly involving business process re-engineering, organisational re-design and business transformation projects in large organisations.
- Demonstrated experience and detailed knowledge of change management principles and methodologies and developments (example: Prosci, Kotter, etc)
- Experience being involved with high profile IT systems implementation projects
- Demonstrated experience in the preparation, development and delivery of an extensive systems training package to a wide ranging stakeholder community.
- We are looking for energetic and passionate person with superior oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and consultation skills.
- Strong leadership skills including capacity to set and gain commitment to project level objectives, ability to identify improvement opportunities and build effective relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- Highly Desirable:
- Knowledge and experience in a PRINCE2 project environment.
