Change Analyst

A leading Telco operator is seeking a highly skilled, ambitious change analyst to join a growing team based in Leeds.

They ensure the delivery of new or significantly changed business service into the production environment within required timescales and with minimal disruption to existing business services.

- Drive down planned customer lost hours in the IT, Networks and New Business domains
- Meet or exceed change management targets including change success rate
- Manage all aspects of the change management and configuration management processes,
- Ensuring that changes are recorded, evaluated, authorised, prioritised, planned, tested, implemented, documented and reviewed in a controlled manner.
- Record all changes to service assets and configuration items in the Configuration Management System,
- Provide a systematic approach to managing all changes made to business services, infrastructure and applications.
- Ensure that no unnecessary changes are made and that services are not unnecessarily disrupted.
- Ensure that new or changed services are fit for purpose and can be transitioned to operational teams by working with project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to set expectations and provide guidance on the quality of deliverables.
- Mandating the delivery of deployment activities where necessary to protect service.

The succesful candidate will be responsible for the management and coordination of operational changes raised within the UK service and network infrastructures.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Contributing to the development of Change Management processes and policy
- Planning and controlling Requests for Change
- Leading and supporting change activities
- Managing stakeholders
