Change Analyst

My client is seeking a Change Analyst to join the team of a large scale government project. The successful candidate will have superb communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively alongside the Change Manager.

Key Accountabilities:

- Undertake analysis of all change requirements and develop appropriate change management solutions and products to support the delivery of project objectives
- Assist the Program Change Manager to develop and implement change management programs including preparing a range of operational documentation including plans, briefing papers, submissions and reports associated with the change management process
- Assist the Program Change Manager to undertake change impact and readiness assessments for use in the project's change management plan and priorities to assess the organisation's readiness for change
- Develop and contribute to technical solutions based upon improving organisational effectiveness and mitigating impact and risk to the organisation and its people
- Provide high level advice and support to the Program Change Manager, Project Manager and other key stakeholders on change management activities to ensure stakeholders are fully briefed on the status of projects
- Analyse training needs and requirements and develop training material in consultation with key stakeholders and project partners to ensure training programs meet project objectives
- Act as central point of contact on a day to day basis for all change management issues or enquiries
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure all internal and external stakeholders are kept informed of the status and progress of change requests, impacting the business
- Represent the change management team at forums including other meetings as appropriate, ensuring any decisions made are communicated back to the change management team and
