Change Analyst

- 6 month + view to extend

One of our key clients is currently seeking a Change Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 month contract to analyse complex business issues & provide advice as to appropriate solutions based on changes to process, policies, information systems & the impact on staff.

- Work to ensure that the proposed approach & implementation is understood and aligned to the goals of the program and projects
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Change Analyst on a business process reform project of comparable size and complexity
- Demonstrated skills in analysing change, problem solving and documentation impact analyses
- Exposure to business analysis methodologies and tools and exposure to modelling tools such as ARIS WOULD BE BENEFICIAL
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience with implementation of an integrated corporate business system within a large organisation
- Prefer appropriate qualification such as ADKAR/PROSCI
- EXPERIENCE WITHIN FINANCE, HR AND PROCUREMENT HIGHLY REGARDED PREFERABLY WITHIN GOVERNMENT
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
