Change Agent - WM OPEX

Change Agent - WM OPEX wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- 5+ years' background in Change or Transformation Management
- 3+ years' experience as Line or Project Manager in the financial services industry, preferably in Private Banking or Wealth Management
- Expertise in Process Optimization, Change Management, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Management (BPM) or Target Operating Model design
- Lean Six Sigma certification according with proven working experience
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Evaluating the current status considering Process Efficiency, Voice of the Customer, Mindsets and Behaviors, Metrics and Results as well as Organization and Skills
- Managing problems, optimizing processes and introducing working methods focusing on continuous improvement
- Providing PEX initiatives including optimization projects and Target Operating Model design
- Collaborating with Digital PEX engagement leads and solution design specialists for identifying automation solutions
- Conducting opportunity assessments for identifying suitable automation processes
