I am currently looking for a Change Manager - Agile for a long term contract based in Brussels, Belgium
THE CHANGE MANAGER - AGILE WILL BE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Work on inside or outside the organization who helps an organization transform itself by focusing on such matters as organizational effectiveness, improvement, and development for Agile transformation
- You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
- The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
- The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes
THE CHANGE MANAGER - AGILE WILL IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
- Change agent to implement Agile(SAFE) and coach multiplie team across organization.
- Expert in Agile (SAFE).
