Our client, a top tier global bank based in Zurich, is looking for a competent CHANGE AGENT with at least 5 years of experience in TRANSFORMATION MANAGEMENT projects in the financial sector, as well as experience in PROCESS AUTOMATION projects run in AGILE METHODOLOGY.
Are you an expert on CHANGE MANAGEMENT with EXPERIENCE IN PROCESS AUTOMATION and currently looking for your next project in an international environment?

TASKS
- You will be part of a team responsible for process optimization and design across the whole company in order to ensure lean transformations.
- Deliver change initiatives which include TOM design and process optimization
- Evaluate current processes, solve problems and introduce new ways of process optimization
- Implement solutions and ensure sustainable change
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify suitable automation solutions
- Act as a coach to line managers and clients to ensure consistent implementation of the company tools and methods
IDEAL PROFILE
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management or Line Management roles
- 5+ years of experience in the areas of Change Management, Transformation Management, Process Management, Process Optimization, TOM design, etc.
- Strong background in the financial industry
- Experience in Process Automation projects is a must
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology
- Ideally IT background
- Lean Six Sigma certification would be a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English, German would be nice-to-have
