The Accountable Health Product Owner represents the voice of the customer and is accountable for ensuring that a technology team delivers value to the business. A MS Product Owner is the person responsible for managing both the daily and strategic delivery of the technical solutions provided for accountable health programs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- 3 or more years of experience as a CSPO in an Agile Organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead product and services based technology/development efforts describing vision, business goals and value, requirements, epics, stories, acceptance criteria, backlog building and grooming
- Demonstrated experience conducting or upholding Agile best practices (daily stand ups, planning cycles, demo s, retrospectives, release road mapping, sprint planning)
- Interface and negotiate with business leadership and stakeholders on features, technical debt, release plans, sprint planning cycles
- Demonstrated ability to understand, translate and communicate technical and complex ideas and situations to a wide variety of audiences including clients, coworkers and management
- Experience ensuring delivered work satisfies the original business requirement(s) and aligns to project or product scope and objectives
- Demonstrated competency of technology management principles and practices which may include: application development, infrastructure, security, hosted services, network and telephony, and Legacy systems (use of Rally, SharePoint, MS Office, Java software a plus)
- Ability to communicate with technology architects regarding architectural abstractions and technical design patterns
- Normally to be successful, the Certified Scrum Product Owner will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, plus 5 years of progressively responsible healthcare industry experience, product, project or business analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Travel may be required, either locally or out of state
