- MUST be Certified in SAP SuccesFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Experience in core SAP HCM (OM/PA)
- Knowledge of Talent Engagement processes (ie: Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, etc)
- Ability to lead/manage workshops
Excellent communication skills (English) and motivation to join a dynamic, international team is also important.
