Projektbeschreibung
- Assisting in the creation and support of SalesForce instances at the Customer.
- Working directly with SalesForce support team in problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions.
- Designing and implementing new SalesForce processes, or process improvements.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a certified SalesForce administrator with a minimum of one (1) year of experience. Preferably also a certified SalesForce developer.
- SalesForce development experience.
- Computer-related or Engineering-related four year College or University Degree (or equivalent).
- Progressively responsible IT job-related experiences.
- Ability to work both independently and with a cooperative team on complex projects that may span multiple infrastructure components or applications.
