40 hours per week, 8 hour day shift
ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: 2 years minimum Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience, must have Skilled Nursing Facility background or willing to work in this setting. **Must possess recent experience (within 12 months) working as an Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the U.S.
Active Utah State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
Active American Heart Association BLS card
Weekly pay rate will be disclosed by recruiter.
