CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT needed for a THREE (3) MONTH CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in New Orleans, LA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Triaging patients
- Taking patient history
- Venipuncture
- Experience in urgent care/first aid
- CPR
- Computer skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Treating walk in patients with illness/injuries
- Documentation of results into computer (computer skills and tying necessary)
- Assist RN with medical emergencies
- Clerical duties such as : Copying, filing, faxing
- Vital signs
- Rooming patients
- Documentation of results into computer (computer skills and tying necessary)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Certification in Medical assisting/Diploma or Associates degree
- One to two (1-2) years of experience in a urgent care, ED or occupational health care clinic
- Current immunization record
- Current CPR
