TOP SECRET CLEARED - CERTIFIED INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY PROFESSIONAL (CISSP) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Chicago, Illinois.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- CISSP Certification
- Five (5+) years of certification and accreditation (C&A) experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support implementation and monitoring of a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and risk management program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information owned, controlled or processed by the customer
- Communicate and ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards
- Provide strategic and tactical security guidance for IT projects, including the evaluation and recommendation of technical controls
- Ensure Information Systems maintain accreditation compliance, system availability, data integrity and confidentiality of classified and unclassified systems
- Perform technical assessments, testing, and evaluation on information security technology products for securing and protecting computer applications, operating systems, and networks
- Ensure activities are progressing and on target for C&A and related security operations documentation, procedures, and plans
- Supporting ongoing ISSO operations for security event analysis and incident response (maintains the SSP, Security CONOPS, ST&E reports, etc.)
- Participate in ISSO forums, working groups and trainings

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must have Active Top Secret Clearance.
- Must have following certification - CISSP. These additional certifications constitute value add on the part of the ISSO: CAP, CISM, or GSLC
- Five (5+) years (or eight (8+) for senior position) of certification and accreditation (C&A) experience with DCID 6/3, NIST, or DIACAP preferable (eight (8+) years for the senior position)
- Three (3+) (or six (6+) for senior position) years ST&E, auditing, policy and procedure development (six (6+) years for the senior position)
- Experience in a SCIF environment and familiarity with physical and personnel security requirements
- IA compliance/security manager experience as an ISSO/IAO, ISSM/IAM
