OUR CLIENT IS A RENOWNED AEROSPACE ORGANISATION WHO WORK ON A VARIETY OF COMMERCIAL & BUSINESS AEROPLANES. THEY ARE SEEKING CONSULTANTS ON A LONG TERM BASIS TO ASSIST THEM WITH THESE PROJECTS.
Description:
This position requires extensive experience in development and certification of business or transport protection, design loads reduction and CS/FAR 25 certification.
Supporting the other specialists involved in FBW FCS design (Systems and Avionics) for aspects related to flight mechanics.
Skills:
* Solid experience in flight mechanics and flying quality analysis and prediction, with a significant participation to the design and certification of a FBW business or transport jet airplane.
* Working knowledge of CS/FAR 25 regulations.
* Experience in control system design, control laws development and certification.
* Experience in stability and control analysis, handling qualities estimation, airplane motion, simulation, flight control system modelling and analysis.
* Experience in lifting and control surface sizing, aerodynamics forces and moments estimation,
* Wind tunnel testing and data analysis, aerodynamic database for simulation development, flight mechanics and performance evaluation, flight-testing and certification.
* Experience in supporting the iron bird and flight simulator development and in flight-test measurements.
* Strong problem solving.
