Skills (qualities of the ideal candidate & qualifications required / preferred)

It&rsquos essential you have a full CEMAP 1, 2 and 3 qualification (or equivalent) and a friendly, helpful and committed approach to every customer. We'll also be looking for the motivation to achieve goals and the ability to identify and develop new leads. However previous mortgage advice experience is not essential, as we provide an excellent training programme.

Working Pattern

18 - 35 hours per week - The centre's opening hours are currently 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 9am-4pm Saturday. Rotational shift patterns will feature in this role and can offer fantastic flexibility for you, your family and work / life balance - specific options will be discussed at interview.

You must work a minimum of 18 hours per week (eg. 3 x 6hrs), 1 late shift, 1 in 3 Saturdays. A minimum shift is 6 hours long.  You must be able to commit to the full time training and sign off.
