Expert in providing services; Carrier Solutions and Services (MS), Energy Solution for Optimal CAPEX/OPEX for emerging markets, Customer Experience Management (CEM) and Service Quality (SQM).

Expert experience in helping clients to understand the complexity and benefits on moving from a Network Centric view (NOC) to a Service Centric view (SOC) of their network

Skilled in providing value to customer by helping them to achieve their objectives with minimum cost & risk

Customer Focus Strategy & Customer Oriented proposals to build more valuable customer relationships

Value Based Marketing, Competitor Analysis, Technical Logistics, Bid Management, RFP/RFQ, Tender Evaluation

Solution Positioning, Marketing Presentations, Client Liaison, development & Contractual Negotiation

Extensive knowledge in ICT & non-telecom Product Management (Mobile/Fixed/Converged Core/Packet Core Charging, Energy saving Solutions/STP/VAS/GSM-R/BSS/MW/Fiber Optics/GPON/WiMax )

Working experience with C-Level & senior level sales, account management and/or business development.

Proven sales achievements in business-to-business sales for related products and services

Strong understanding of international basic business principles, metrics, and valuation (ROI, NPV, IRR, TVO, CF)
