We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their project in China.

Position Title: CEM know how to establish user experience estimation framework with user profile.

- Customer experience metrics and journey.
- Proficient in computational complexity of assessment methods, model evaluation program, algorithm optimization models of the program effect.
- Familiar with data analysis tools:
- Clustering Algorithm: K-means, Kohonen, K-mode, KNN
- Decision Tree: C including function, mapping and analysis.
- Fluent business English language skills
