Cell Banking Operations Support

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The contractor will participate in support activities for cell bank manufacturing and storage operations.
- Work is performed in strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cGMPs.

SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

- Cleaning and sanitization of cell banking process equipment
- GMP documentation entries in electronic logbooks and forms
- Maintaining inventory levels of cell banking supplies
- Providing support for storage and shipping of cGMP cell banks and samples

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM:

- High school diploma or GED required with 1-2 years of relevant experience, Certificate in Biotechnology or Associates degree in a related field is preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Knowledge of cGMP concepts and documentation practices
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and meet production schedule timelines
- Previous experience in a GMP-regulated environment is desired
- Ability to perform repetitive physical activities such as reaching, stooping, and bending Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
