CDMA/TETRA RADIO PLANNING & OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER ­- VIENNA/AUSTRIA 

On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a CDMA/Tetra Radio Planning  Optimization Engineer to be based in Vienna, Austria on 6 months contract basis. 

Responsibilities: 

Realization of network planning and optimization projects for commercial networks. 

Take in charge of the RF planning including link budget, simulation, and radio parameters design for the networks. 

Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach. 

Network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting to improve network performance. 

RF parameters analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation to improve the radio network performance 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronic or equivalent 

At least 10­15 years' experience in RF Planning  Optimization 

At least 3­6 years of CDMA or Tetra experience 

Good knowledge of star solution products 

Fluent in English, German language is a strong plus 

RF planning tools skill set: Atoll/Forsk  ICS Designer/Atdi
