- Collect test failure debug data and submit bugs
- Provide daily/weekly status updates
- Assist Certification Engineer in supporting CCX certification test beds
- Perform troubleshooting as needed
- Assist with test bed installation and maintenance
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Windows OS and utilities
- Eagerness to learn
- Scripting skills
