CCNA Contract (Entry Level)

JOB TITLE: CCNA CONTRACT (ENTRY LEVEL)

SALARY: $20-35/hour DOE

LOCATION: HOUSTON, TEXAS

We have a great opportunity for a candidate with technical training in electrical, computer or telecommunications for a two to three month contract in Houston.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assisting and training with senior engineer toward full competency with the follow:
- Install, configure, or test networking equipment - Routers and Switches.
- Establish Cisco Unified Communication product portfolio 4.x to current shipping version.
- Establish and maintain alternate CUCM/Unity as disaster recovery configuration.
- Moves, adds, changes.
- Install and configure devices to be incorporated into equipment racks.
- Configure network solutions.
- Complete physical audit of equipment and accessories.
- Preforms troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware and software issued on LAN and WAN related services.
- Confirm all necessary information has been captured.
- Confirm hardware is functional.
- Work directly with customers on a daily basis to meet customer - defined requirements
- Provides consulting and training on new telecommunication services and devices.
- Communicates frequently and effectively with customers on work process.
- Continuously applies quality improvement methodologies to improve these work processes.
- Provides project updates to Project Managers and Directors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have CCNA all other applicants need not apply.
