Cisco Support Engineer

One of the world leading telecom operators are looking for 2 CCIE SP skilled Network support engineers to be based on site, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a 6 month contract position.

To be considered for the role, you will need to have hands-on and troubleshooting experience to support the customer in post-implementation network management issues related to Routing & Switching (including troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks, Hands-on experience with ASR9K (IOS-XR) and Interconnecting Cisco Networks), Data Center (Data Center Networking and Technologies, Unified Fabric Design, Unified Computing Design and troubleshooting, Configuring Data Center Nexus 7K and Nexus 5K).

The candidate will have solid understanding in Service Provider applied networks in the following technologies:

Configure Cisco MPLS, BGP, IOS-XR core network elements.
The candidate will act as a technical specialist for the above-mentioned technologies at both the hardware and software components levels. She/He will be the go-to-engineer to work with customer Operation team to identify and troubleshoot customer configuration issues, applying Cisco recommended changes.
Responsible for writing technical doc, related to networking issues and the applied workarounds.
5 years hands on experience implementing, testing and troubleshooting on ASR9k and Nexus 7k platforms backed up with reference Services Providers customers.
