CCIE HTE Engineers

Tangent is urgently looking for 2 CCIE-level Cisco skilled engineers to be located onsite in a customer's NOC in Stockholm, Sweden, for a 6 months contract.

The Primary HTE focus for this position being on:
Knowledge of the customer network and their operations.
Higher service entitlement awareness
General Cisco Routing & Switching expertise, preferably at CCIE level
Firewall and WAAS knowledge required

Technical support:
Engagement and Escalation
The HTE is engaged by the High Touch Operations Manager (HTOM), but can be engaged by Cisco TAC Customer Service Engineer (CSE) or High Touch Technical Support (HTTS) Engineer if their assistance is needed
Troubleshoot Complex/Critical Issues
Proactive support is broken into six main tasks analysing root causes of problems and issuing a recommendation report referring software versions in response to critical problems assisting with implementation of changes approved by the customer

The HTE provides their analysis of the issue, based on their knowledge of the customer network thorough review of the SR or issue, with assistance from others involved

Get peer review by other HTEs before sending to the customer

Recommendation Report.
