ORACLE CUSTOMER CARE AND BILLING (CCB)
realTime Recruitment are currently searching for an ORACLE CUSTOMER CARE AND BILLING (CCB) functional lead to join our Client's team in Dublin. This is a 6 MONTH contract with a competitive daily rate on offer.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Expert understanding of Oracle Customer Care & Billing version 2.0 or above
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experience implementing customer system solutions
- At least 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a CCB Functional Lead/Solution Architect
- Experience implementing CCB is a MUST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as lead for a series of CCB solution changes
- Understand key implementation issues and implement solutions using Oracle CCB's functionality
- Work closely with the technical team throughout solution design, delivery, testing
