CBS ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supporting and Handling all engineer's queries about the CBS system
* To support and assist customer on optimizing the system.
* To distribute the jobs for CBS service within operation team.
* To control OCS system optimize adjustment.
* To control Billing system optimize adjustment.
* To participate in application software upgrade.
* Provide assistance in problem or incident handling.
* To be available and perform in all emergency maintenance.
* To provide clarification on any request or problem.
* To monitor any service request till its closure.
* To generate and validate Incident analysis report output.
REQUIREMENTS
* Strong hands on experience on any of CBS product/solution.
* Good knowledge database queries like PL/SQL, SQL and Robust experience in UNIX Shell Scripting
* Experience in CTI connection, Workflow management, CTI monitor management and Knowledge base management.
