CB- Algorithm Engineer - 40-50k

Location:Cambridge

Position: Algorithm engineer

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

My Cambridgeshire based client is currently looking to recruit a algorithm development engineer to join their growing business. You will be a degree educated enthusiastic engineer with who can share your passion and enthusiasm to contribute to their already experienced team. The company is going from strength to strength and are now looking to expand for an exciting project.

From day one you will be contributing to their cutting edge development projects, this role will provide an environment to stimulate and challenge you . you must must meet stringent performance criteria while satisfying formal requirements for quality and system integrity due to the industries that my client serve.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable knowledge and experience in the following or comparable practices:

* Data acquisition, visualisation, analysis and physical interpretation
* Capture of requirements for mathematical algorithms
* Algorithm specification, design and implementation
* Strong MATLAB experience

In addition, experience in any of the following areas or types would be valued but is not essential.

* Object oriented analysis and design
* C++ programming language
* Real-Time software on Linux operating system
