Catering Engineer

Responsibilities
Plan and carry out the planned preventative and response maintenance programme across a number of establishments.
Through diligent action ensure that own and others efforts minimise the risk of mechanical failure and breakdown. When breakdowns do occur, act effectively to undertake the remedial works.
To ensure that all works are carried out to standards, policies and procedures and expectations.

Deal with emergencies and breakdowns. This requires a high level of commitment and participation in an ‘on call' rota for emergencies outside normal working hours.

When ever replacement parts or equipment is installed always ensure this is compliant with current energy saving regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

COMCAT 1,2 & 3
Must hold Gas Safe qualifications for catering
Valid UK driving licence

Security
Must be able to gain and retain MoD security clearance
