MY DUTIES:

-Develop, plan and implement supply chain management strategies
-Focusing on cost optimization, quality, delivery and reliability of suppliers and delivered products
-Ensure implementation in accordance with the company's instructions and procedures, SCM and supply base management
-Establish the Continuous Improvement Process (CIPS) for Procurement Operations
-Implement effective procurement strategies in accordance with business strategies
-Ensure that the supplier base / supplier has the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements
-Ensure that all parties involved understand the strategies and execute the processes accordingly

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Background in supply management
-Solid technical background and knowledge of PCBA, components within EMS environment
-Supply chain management experience or an interest to develop into SCM field
-Experience in managing global suppliers
-Strong team player with good communication skills
-Ability to collaborate with various internal departments, e.g. sales, engineering, SCM as well as different suppliers
-Fluency in English - written and spoken
