CATEGORY MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Thousand Oaks, CA

THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Sourcing/procurement experience, especially with regards to outsourced services or managed service deals
- Information Technology background
- Project management skills, particularly around planning and organizing to ensure the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for managing sourcing processes and projects focused on categories within Information Systems and technology services
- Lead the appropriate sourcing process for new and existing business requirements
- Define and execute the contract negotiation strategy; and follow-on contract management
- Lead the contract implementation and the identification of opportunities for expanded supplier relationships to enhance the business partnerships

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- MBA or more than five (5) years sourcing experience
- Demonstrate ethical behavior every day
- Experience with data/spend analysis
- Excellent communication skills with negotiation and influencing skills
