Our industry leading global Retail client are looking for a Change Manager who specialises in the Commercial arena. Our client is embarking on a Personalisation Loyalty programme for their Customers and a Change Manager is needed to identify the challenges and land the changes needed for Commercial and Suppliers in response to this programme.
To be successful in this role you will understand the Commercial processes in Retail inside-out with experience in commercial buying and customer stream preferably. In addition you will have previous experience in project/change management and have worked on a global scale.
